This PKI Disclosure Statement (PDS) is a short public summary of certificates issued by Fidelir S.R.L. under Fidelir Trust Services, as required for a Normalised Certificate Policy (NCP) practice under ETSI EN 319 411-1. It does not replace the CP/CPS. If this PDS and the CP/CPS differ, the CP/CPS prevails.
Non-qualified certificates. Certificates under this PDS are NCP
(
0.4.0.2042.1.1). They are not qualified certificates and do not create
qualified electronic signatures under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) or Law
no. 124/2022 of the Republic of Moldova. Time-stamps are described in the
TSA Practice Statement. Public signature validation is described
in the Validation Policy.
