Fidelir Trust Services operates a governed validation platform for European electronic signatures — built for institutions that must rely on cross-border documents with evidence they can defend.
Validation disclaimer
Validation scope. This service reports cryptographic and PKI indications for European, Moldovan and Ukrainian electronic signatures using EU DSS and the trust material described in our Validation Policy (including EU and national trusted lists and published Moldovan and Ukrainian sources). It does not assess document content, factual accuracy, or legal effect in any jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction. Whether a signature is legally valid or qualified depends on applicable law, sector rules, and the authoritative trust publications recognised in that context — which may differ from our configured lists. A passed cryptographic check is not a statement that the signature meets supervisory, qualified, or cross-border reliance requirements elsewhere. You must confirm policy, jurisdiction, and programme scope match your intended use (Terms).
Documents are processed in memory only and are not stored or retained (Privacy).
Signing disclaimer
Signing scope. You can sign with a Fidelir remote credential (My Fidelir session → short API ticket → RSSP). This page helps create PAdES or XAdES signatures with the credential you select. Local token signing is not available yet.
Responsibility. You control the certificate and resulting signed file. Fidelir does not warrant that a signature created here is qualified, admissible, or sufficient for any legal, supervisory, or contractual purpose — that depends on your certificate, policy, and applicable law (Terms).
Remote signing sends document bytes only to api.fidelir.com for that request. Documents are not stored or retained by this page (Privacy).
