This page describes public use of trust.fidelir.com — browsing published policy and trust material, and the public signature validation service. Processing of trust-service subscribers and other contractual clients is governed by the applicable engagement agreement and programme documentation, including the Certificate Policy & CPS.
Fidelir S.R.L. is the controller. The Privacy Policy also applies.
We do not collect personal data from public use
We do not operate contact forms, user accounts, analytics, advertising or marketing tools on this site. We do not use cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
Browsing the site does not require you to identify yourself, and we do not collect personal data from visitors for profiling, marketing or any purpose unrelated to delivering the pages you request.
Validation service
The public validation service processes uploaded documents in memory only for the duration of the validation request. File content and signature payloads are not collected, stored or retained after validation completes. We do not extract personal data from document content for our own purposes. Email contact
If you choose to email us, we process the information you include solely to handle that correspondence. Contact channels are listed on our Contact page. There is no other channel on this site through which you are asked to submit personal data.
Contractual clients
Certificate issuance, registration authority processing, and other trust-programme relationships involve personal data governed by your contract with Fidelir S.R.L. and the published programme policies. Questions about subscriber or client data should be directed to your programme contact or via Contact.
Your rights
