Validation scope
The only validation service in Moldova at this scope — EU and EEA trust frameworks, national qualified and advanced profiles, and legacy domestic chains, under one published policy.
We operate the Fidelir PKI hierarchy under published CP/CPS: trust anchors, issuing CAs, revocation publication, and programme certificates for advanced electronic signatures. Trust material is open in the repository and governed for audit and independent verification.
Signed PDFs, XML, CMS and ASiC are validated with EU DSS at long-term level. Each signature receives an indication and expandable technical report. Logic and trust sources are declared in the Validation Policy.
Advanced electronic signatures do not automatically equal qualified or handwritten signatures in every context. Under eIDAS, recognition depends on applicable law; confirm scope in our CP/CPS before relying on certificates or validation output.
