Agreement
By accessing trust.fidelir.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or its services.
Site purpose
This site publishes Fidelir Trust Services programme material — including the Certificate Policy & CPS, Validation Policy, and trust repository — and provides a public electronic signature validation service. Site content does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a certification statement unless expressly confirmed in a signed engagement.
Validation service
The validation service evaluates submitted signatures against published policy and trust sources. Outcomes are technical indications for relying-party review. They do not, by themselves, constitute a qualified validation report under Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS) unless expressly agreed in a separate engagement. See the Validation Policy for scope and limitations.
Do not submit documents containing personal data you are not authorised to process, or content you do not have the right to upload. You must not use the validation service to test malware, probe infrastructure or disrupt availability.
Programme reliance
Reliance on certificates issued under our CP/CPS, or on validation outcomes, is subject to the published policies and any applicable subscriber or relying-party agreement. Material changes to programme policy are versioned and published at the URIs listed on Policies before reliance.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt service availability, introduce vulnerabilities, or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content through validation uploads, email or other channels.
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and programme documents are owned by Fidelir S.R.L. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without prior written permission, except for ordinary browsing, lawful quotation with attribution, and reliance on published trust material as intended by the programme.
No warranty
The site and validation service are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that content or validation outcomes are complete for every purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Fidelir S.R.L. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or validation service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Privacy
We do not collect personal data from public use of this site. The Privacy Policy describes public use; processing of subscriber and other client data is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the stated update date.
